General Questions

How much does it cost to exhibit at a WIT Job Fair?
For the upcoming Job Fair, it is $1,000 to register as an exhibitor at the early bird rate, which expires approximately three weeks before the event, and then the price goes up to $1,050 until we are sold out. We change prices depending on our venue and market conditions, so it may be a different rate for events after our upcoming job fair event.

Yes we will email the POC an excel spreadsheet of the registered job seekers a week before the job fair that includes all of their registration and contact information. After the event, we will email the POC and all recruiters that attended the event (and provided an email address) the list of job seekers that attended (pre-registered and walk-ins), along with their registration and contact information.

Do we get access to the job seekers information and resume files?
There is a WIT-owned shared folder that acts as our Resume Portal for the Job Seekers resumes files. The Exhibitors will be given access to the shared folder a few weeks ahead of the job fair and for at least two months after the event. You have the ability to view and download individual resume files or download the entire folder.

Can we contact the Job Seekers before the Job Fair?
Per the WIT Privacy Policy, we normally do not share the email addresses of the individuals that register for the Job Fair. However, since this a hiring-based event, we will provide the registered job seekers contact information.

What do you provide for the Exhibitors?

Each exhibitor is provided with one 6-foot long table with two chairs at the venue. There will be sufficient space around your booth to add your booth setup (banners, marketing materials). You will also have a tablecloth placed on the table (for you to use or place your company tablecloth on top of), a power strip and complimentary WiFi.

Is there a limit to the number of company reps per table?
We recommend 4, no more than 6 at once. With COVID restrictions, this might change based on the venue requirements – WIT Staff will advise you the specific rules and regulations.

Is there space by the table where we can place our banner, marketing material?
Yes there will be sufficient space around your table and area to display your items. Typically, you will have approximately 1-2 feet in between you and the next booth but with COVID-19 we will have a larger space in between your table and the next exhibitor.

Typical items that exhibitors bring for display are pop up booth banners, pull-up banners, personalized tablecloths, branded swag for giveaways.

Is there space to hold an interview?
Solely a booth and public open spaces (where you can possibly hold an interview), however we will not have any specifically assigned areas.
