A New Chapter for The Leadership Foundry is on the way.

The Leadership Foundry has long been WIT's flagship program for equipping senior-level women with the tools, training, and credentials needed for corporate board service. We're currently redesigning the program to make it even more valuable for the women who go through it, and that means the curriculum, format, and offering you'll see here will look different from what's been available in the past.

We remain fully committed to hosting this program, and we're excited about what's ahead. Updated details: including the new curriculum, timeline, and how to apply will be posted on this page as soon as they're finalized.
