The Leadership Foundry: Prepares experienced women executives for corporate board service with intensive training and networking events.
Adult Mentor Protégé Program: Connects protégés with seasoned professionals to help them achieve their career goals through a structured five-part series.
Girls in Technology (GIT): Engages over 500 girls annually in the D.C. metro area, inspiring them to pursue careers in IT fields.
Accelerate(her): Encourages your continuous professional development by providing monthly virtual events featuring career coaches and professionals sharing pertinent information for women at any level in their career
Women Business Owners: Helps established and new women business owners in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area increase their visibility through disruptive and innovative business strategies.

WIT Podcast: Inspires listeners with stories from leaders within the organization, influential women in the STEM industry, the men who support women rise, and other captivating stories to empower and reinforce WIT’s mission.
WIT Online Job Bank: A member-only resource where companies post job opportunities.

Job Fairs: Biannual events providing members with direct access to leading area companies looking to hire.
Annual Leadership Awards Gala: Every year, the Women in Technology Leadership Awards recognize and honor female leaders whose achievements, mentorship and contributions to the community. These are highly successful women who have made mentoring the next generation of leaders in technology a significant component of their own success.
Annual Golf Tournament: WIT DIG IT (Diversity in Golf - Information Technology) Golf Tournaments champion diversity in the technology industry. Proceeds from the tournaments go back into WIT programming to fund advancing women in technology.
