Speakers

Tiffany Hosey
Partner, CEO/Founder, CTBIM, Keynote Speaker

Attorney Tiffany Hosey worked as President of a family construction management company for 7 years before creating BuilDATAnalytics (CTBIM). A former holder of a Class A Contractor’s license from the Commonwealth of Virginia and a US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certificate, she worked on construction sites for years experiencing frustrations common on complex construction projects.

CTBIM was created to address her need to track and record the construction and inventory of over three thousand doors, frames and hardware while working on the construction of a 2 million square foot building under a Department of Defense project. CTBIM was successfully utilized by field crew and proven as a revolutionary construction tool. Her background also enabled her to include features in CTBIM that highlight the usefulness of an evidenced based method of construction aiding stakeholders in closing the gap between construction schedules and real-time construction activities.

Tiffany, proficient in written and spoken Japanese, holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. from Georgetown University.
