How do you see yourself, how do you want to be seen, and what is in the way?

Living in the world of images, we’ve become highly dependent on our eyes, as opposed to inner vision. As we explore various ways of seeing and perceiving, we will discover that to satisfy the fundamental human need of feeling seen, we first need to re-learn to see ourselves differently.

Dasha Dare, a professional photographer turned ICF-certified coach, is sharing her #DareMethod of combining photography and coaching to build the bridge between physical and mental images of self for her clients. Expect to be walked through the key aspects of self-image work, introduced to the method, and inspired to see the world differently!

The DareMethod delves into all aspects of your self-image—how you see yourself publicly, ideally, and currently. We explore how these images shape your reality and by shifting your self-perception, enhance your creativity and adaptability to change.

The results include enhanced self-awareness, a clearer understanding of how images influence you, improved relationships, deeper connections with others, increased productivity, better self-expression, and a renewed excitement for your work and life.
