Workplace gender issues, such as disparities in pay and leadership roles, strongly focus on dynamics between men and women. However, we hear little about how the dynamics between women impact their experiences in the workplace.

In fact, 65% of women bullied in the workplace report it occurred by another woman (Workplace Bullying Institute, 2021). In the fight to address gender equality and advance women in leadership, are we working against one another? As women, are we partly to blame for women's limited advancement opportunities?

This talk will take a hard look at the ways in which we are both succeeding and failing in advancing women’s issues, emphasizing that women must serve the most critical role in elevating one another.

She advocates for awareness of these issues and coaches confidence in women to better navigate the unique experiences women face in life and business.
