In preparation for WIT’s upcoming Spring Job Fair, join us to gain insight and practice on presenting your best self to employers!

This interactive workshop targets the importance of first impressions and considerations we may want to take when creating our own powerful pitches.During this session, attendees will have the opportunity to piece together their own sample pitches and then partner to practice and offer feedback to one another, later offering reflections back to the larger group.

You will then have the opportunity to both give and receive real-time feedback through practicing your speech with partners from the audience. Additionally, panelists from Ridgeline International and the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority will answer audience questions regarding job seeking and placement.

Event attendees will receive a bonus of tips for success in job seeking and takeaways on creating your most effective resume.

This event is FREE to members and non-members that are preparing to attend the Spring Job Fair!
