The Women in Technology Job Fair virtually brings technology and business professionals of all levels together with top organizations in the DC Metro area looking to fill a wide variety of roles including STEM-based fields.

This is a free event for job seekers. Advanced registration is strongly encouraged to allow exhibitors to view your resume in advance. Exhibitors should take advantage of the Early Bird pricing for the best value.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

The online format of this event provides an easy, effective way to discover qualified talent who are looking to advance their careers or break out into the industry. During the live event, your recruiters will connect directly with job seekers in one-on-one chats or video calls to discuss career opportunities and determine if the candidate could be a good match for any openings.

If you are a Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level Sponsor, you can exhibit at both Job Fairs at no cost. As an Associate or Friend level sponsor, you can exhibit at ONE job fair per fiscal year at no cost. Please email the WIT office at [email protected] to receive a discount code to waive your registration fee, if you are unsure of your status or if you need help registering.

JOB SEEKER REGISTRATION

The WIT Virtual Job Fair easily connects you – in real time – with employers from the comfort of your home or office via desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Whether you’re looking to break into the industry or are an established professional, the WIT Virtual Job Fair will have something for everyone.

On the day of the career fair, you’ll choose which employers to interact with, and engage in a one-on-one chat or video call with a representative. Share your personal background, work experience, and ask questions with as many employers as you’d like until the career fair ends. You'll be able to upload your resume before the event so that employers will have your information readily available.
