Women in Technology is excited to announce our Fall 2025 Job Fair, taking place in-person on Thursday, November 13 in Reston, VA. This event unites technology and business professionals of all levels with premier organizations in the Washington, DC Metro area eager to fill open roles, including those in STEM-based fields.

We invite both women and men to participate, offering the opportunity to connect with recruiters and hiring managers actively scouting candidates for various positions. Exhibitors of all sizes and types—be it small, medium, large; public or private—will find this event instrumental in filling urgent, pipeline, and hot job vacancies.

For job seekers, this is a complimentary event. We strongly encourage advanced registration to facilitate exhibitors in reviewing your resumes beforehand. 

JOB SEEKER REGISTRATION DETAILS

This event is ideal for professionals seeking new career opportunities, those looking to transition into a new industry, and students ready to begin their careers. It is also a great opportunity for professionals interested in learning more about advancement opportunities within their field.

This is a free event for job seekers, but registration is required.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION DETAILS

  • Logo and link in the list of Participating Exhibitors that is available on the event page
  • One 6-foot table and two chairs at the event, along with space for your booth setup (approx. 1-2 feet on each side of the table)
  • Ability to send up to 4 recruiters to the event
  • Access a shared folder with candidates’ resumes at the time of registering
  • List of pre-registered job seeker information provided one week before the event

Package Pricing: $1,000 Early Bird (through Oct 25) | $1,050 Regular (Oct 26 - Nov 7)

Exhibitor Registration will open the week of September 8.

 

NEW! Add-ons available for this Job Fair
The optional add-ons listed below are available for purchase during the registration process.

Additional Exhibitor Table: $250
You can purchase an additional 6-foot table that will be added to your table, for a total of 12 feet of table space and four chairs. This would give you double the amount of floor space at the event and the ability to talk to more job seekers at once.

Current WIT Sponsors
If you are a Manager level sponsor or above, you can exhibit at both Job Fairs at no cost. If you are an Associate or Friend level sponsor, you can exhibit at ONE job fair per sponsorship year at no cost.
