Women in Technology is excited to announce our Fall 2026 Job Fair, taking place on Friday, November 20th from 10:00am – 1:00pm at Carahsoft in Reston, VA. Enjoy a convenient daytime schedule that fits easily into your Friday—no evening commitment required!

This event unites technology and business professionals of all levels with premier organizations across the Washington, DC Metro area eager to fill open roles. While tech-adjacent positions are a focus, exhibitors span companies of all kinds—small, medium, and large; public and private—looking to fill urgent, pipeline, and hot job vacancies across a wide range of fields.

We invite both women and men to participate, offering the opportunity to connect with recruiters and hiring managers actively scouting candidates for various positions.

For job seekers, this is a complimentary event. We strongly encourage advance registration to facilitate exhibitors in reviewing your resumes beforehand. We will also have FREE Job Seeker Resources available on site, including a headshot photographer; details below.

Exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of Early Bird pricing, ensuring the best value and optimal table availability.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION DETAILS

• Logo and link in the list of Participating Exhibitors that is available on the event page
• One 6-foot table and two chairs at the event, along with space for your booth setup (approx. 1-2 feet on each side of the table)
• Ability to send up to 4 recruiters to the event
• Access a shared folder with candidates’ resumes at the time of registering
• List of pre-registered job seeker information provided one week before the event

Add-on available for this Job Fair
The optional add-on listed below is available for purchase during the registration process.

$250: Additional Exhibitor Table - You can purchase an additional 6-foot table that will be added to your table, for a total of 12 feet of table space and four chairs. This would give you double the amount of floor space at the event and the ability to talk to more job seekers at once. 

Current WIT Sponsors
If you are a Manager level sponsor or above, you can exhibit at both Job Fairs at no cost. If you are an Associate or Friend level sponsor, you can exhibit at ONE job fair per sponsorship year at no cost. This event is ideal for professionals seeking new career opportunities, those looking to transition into a new industry, and students ready to begin their careers. It is also a great opportunity for professionals interested in learning more about advancement opportunities within their field.
