Meghan Slipka is a certified professional coach and consultant with 16 years of professional experience in government contracting, small business growth, operations, and non-profit grants management. She provides coaching to emerging leaders and established executives, and is the founder of the Compass Collective a program dedicated to the helping ambitious women navigate corporate leadership. Prior to starting her own practice in 2019, she served as an executive for a multi-million dollar consulting firm providing leadership across all business lines while implementing strategic initiatives to improve employee engagement.
