What is marketing all about? In this session, you will get an introduction to marketing in 45 minutes! You will learn what marketing is, why it is important, and how it is done in today's fast-paced, digital business (and personal) environment. By the end of the session, you will understand how to apply some basic marketing tenets to your business and to your own self-marketing plan. Bring your questions and I will do my best to answer them all.

Susan is an entrepreneur, consultant, and technology executive who has built sales, marketing, and customer success capabilities for companies from startups to multi-billion corporations. Her specialty is finding innovative ways to grow businesses. She has been a member of WIT for many years and has served on the Board of Directors of both WIT and it's education foundation, the STEM for Her Foundation.
