Samaria has extensive experience as a hybrid IT program manager with a career in strategy and planning, service delivery, vendor management, and business continuity.  Samaria has lead large initiatives, in global regions working with business and technology partners across the enterprise (controller, procurement, operations, subject-matter experts, business unit /senior managers, and principals).   Samaria has expertise in the financial, mortgage, insurance, and professional services sectors.

Samaria has extensive experience securing funding for multi-million dollar initiatives including development of strategic vision, managing P&L, staffing, contract negotiations, and operations.  Samaria also has consulting experience in corporate re-organizations, winding down programs, and leading out-sourcing efforts.

Samaria is effective in developing and driving strategy, governance, and operations for large enterprise-wide business transformation and optimization initiatives.  Samaria has extensive experience performing in a liaison role between business and technical leadership solving business problems with technology solutions.  Samaria has successfully managed several audit, infrastructure and data/predictive analytic initiatives in the mortgage and insurance industries ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (S-Ox) controls, influencing the implementation of new technologies, concepts and ideas.
