Toni Johns on is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclu sion for General Dynamics Mission Systems. She is responsible for all aspec ts of recruiting and diversity & inclusion programs and outreach for th e US and brings over 20 years’ experience in the HR field. Previously, Toni was responsible for Global Talent Acquisition Programs and the Americas Re cruiting team at DXC Technology. She also served as the Director of Federal Sector Recruiting for Computer Sciences Corporation. Toni holds a bachelor ’s degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and spent the first part of her career as a syst ems engineer at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, Earth Sciences Director ate, working for AlliedSignal (Honeywell International). She later earned a n MBA from George Washington University.
Christopher J. Hiltbrand is the Vi ce President of People for General Dynamics Mission Systems. Mr. Hiltbrand oversees all aspects of human resources for more than 13,000 employees acro ss 100 world-wide facilities, to include diversity and inclusion initiative s, strategic workforce planning, and talent and leadership development. Pri or to his current role, Mr. Hiltbrand served as the Human Resources Divisio n Leader for General Dynamics Information Technology’s Federal Civilian Div ision. Mr. Hiltbrand received a bachelor’s degree in business and managemen t at University of Maryland University College. He also holds a master’s de gree in business administration from the University of Maryland’s Smith Sch ool of Business. His professional certifications include: Senior and Global Professional in Human Resources Certifications from Human Resources Certif ication Institute, SHRM Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management; Project Management Professional Certification fr om the Project Management Institute; Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, and Foundations of Employee Relations from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
Felicity Coe< /strong> is currently the Manager of Workforce Development for Information Technology (IT) at General Dynamics Mission Systems and is responsible for IT’s leadership development, people strategy and fostering an environment o f learning and growth within the IT organization and the broader business. She is a champion for ForWARD, the Employee Resource Group focused on the a dvancement, recognition and development of women throughout the company. Du ring her 19-year tenure with the company Felicity has held positions within IT, Finance, Quality, Operations and Human Resources.
