German Rochez

German Rochez helps women in tech close the gap between who they've been told to be and who they're actually capable of becoming. A career strategist and ICF - credentialed coach, he works at the level most career advice skips: identify itself, the sentences we quietly attach to "I am" that shape how we lead, how we're seen, and how far we're willing to reach.

Drawing on more than 15 years in HR and talent acquisition, he sat in the promotion calibrations and compensation decisions that determine who advances and who stays invisible, and he now uses that insider vantage point to help clients get seen, get promoted, and step into their next role with clarity instead of self-doubt. His clients have landed roles at leading tech companies.

Beyond his coaching practice, German is a stay-at-home parent, which gives him firsthand understanding of the identity shifts, the invisible labor, and the reinvention that come with balancing ambition and family. He holds an ICF ACC credential and an MBA, coaches in English and Spanish, and runs his practice remotely from Ojochal, Costa Rica.
