Event Speaker
Lavanya Nallamshetty Senior IT Project Manager and Founder of LucidSpec

Lavanya Nallamshetty- Lavanya is a Senior IT Project Manager. In her full-time role, she leads complex infrastructure, cloud, and compliance initiatives across large enterprise and federal environments, where clarity and execution are non-negotiable. She is also the Founder of LucidSpec, a tool built to help project managers translate vague tasks and technical discussions into clear technical context and accurate, engineering-ready tickets.
LucidSpec grew out of challenges she encountered firsthand: unclear requirements, repeated rework, and valuable context getting lost between teams. Building the product alongside a demanding 8–5 role required careful prioritization, consistency, and thoughtful tradeoffs.
Lavanya enjoys sharing the practical realities of building a product including the tools she relies on, the obstacles she navigates, and the direction ahead for LucidSpec while successfully delivering complex projects in her full-time role.
