Event Speaker

Vivian Harte is a passionate teacher, coach, and author who has helped more than 20,000 people become more assertive and self-confident through her popular online course “Get Assertive!” with Education2Go. For over 14 years, she brought her energy and insight into college classrooms, teaching sociology and critical thinking at both Pima Community College and the University of Phoenix in Tucson, Arizona.

Vivian is the co-author of Self-Esteem for Dummies in the Dummies series and has spent the past 8 years coaching clients to build unshakable self-confidence and speak up with clarity and courage. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Indiana University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Arizona.

In addition to her teaching and coaching work, Vivian has hosted her own radio and television shows—most recently on KXCI-FM in Tucson—where she brought powerful conversations to life and inspired audiences with her warmth, wisdom, and songs.
