As Artificial Intelligence reshapes the digital battlefield, the tactics of our most persistent adversaries are evolving at breakneck speed. In this session, Candice Frost, Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University’s Security Studies Program, moves beyond the buzzwords to provide a nuanced analysis of the new cyber threat landscape. Drawing from her graduate-level course on Global Cyber Threats, Candice will dissect how major nation-state actors—specifically Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea—are integrating AI into their offensive cyber operations. This talk will explore the shift from traditional hacking to "agentic AI" and the emerging cyber arms race. Attendees will gain a foundational understanding of how these adversaries are using LLMs and autonomous agents to scale attacks, automate vulnerability discovery, and supercharge disinformation campaigns. Join us for a strategic look at who the hackers really are, what they want, and how AI is changing the game for national security.
