Dawn Bui

Ms. Dawn Bui has 23 years of IT experience as business leader and IT SME with demonstrated expertise in acquisition/procurement, strategic enterprise planning, governance, portfolio management, business solutions engineering, and delivery of large-scale enterprise system implementation and architecture. Strong communications and relationship management skills, cultivating effective client partnerships. Proven thought leadership, technical knowledge, contract/financials management, and practical experience helping client organizations develop IT strategy, establish roadmaps, and drive on-time delivery of enterprise solutions implementation. Often called upon to fix complex delivery issues.  Breadth of program management experience includes transition planning, effective staffing, program technical roadmap strategy development, performance management, and practical experience in successful scaled agile deliveries. P&L responsibilities included up to $67M+ contract value exceeding direct margin and profitability targets. Organically expanded client business, led capture, and technical proposal volumes for repeated Octo’s contract wins. Octo CEO and Booz Allen VIP Awards recipient.

Lisa Zellers

Lisa is a skilled executive and solutions architect focused on designing, transforming and implementing enterprise programs serving the Federal government. She has 18 years of professional experience managing software development programs, -aaS offerings, large system transitions, as well as developing and executing corporate IP and consulting service strategies.  

As Co-Founder of ViaTrie LLC (formerly Arbor Consulting Group, LLC) and Chief Strategy Officer, she is responsible for technical leadership and operational management support and enables strategic, financial, and marketing goals using innovative technical approaches. She supports capture, business development, go-to-market strategy development, solution architecture, program and project management for federal government engagements. Lisa previously served  in leadership, delivery, technology and business development roles at Redhorse, and before that enjoyed a 10 year tenure at CGI Federal. She had previous positions at ManTech, Entrust, and Nortel Government

Lisa volunteers in her industry in various roles for the non-profit educational organization, ACT-IAC – a premier public-private partnership in the government technology community. She contributes to the community as a board member for The Women’s Center.

Tezewari Nettimi

Tezeswari (Tez) Nettimi is an IT Leader working at Fortune 500 technology consulting firm. She oversees product development, client relationship management, and is a CSR champion. She is a recipient of multiple awards at work for her excellent delivery work, and for her leadership at the Women’s Forum. In her spare time, Tez enjoys camping, scouting, baking, STEAM activities, traveling, and attending baseball games with her husband and her two energetic boys. She also volunteers in various nonprofit organizations, such as, The Women’s Center.

Avanti Patel

Avanti Patel, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Octo’s GSA Business Unit, is responsible for Octo’s growing General Services Administration (GSA) portfolio. In this capacity, she builds critical partnerships to drive growth and operational performance. Avanti is an accomplished executive leader with more than 20 years of IT management and consulting experience with a track record for delivering exceptional business results for Federal and State Government. Avanti has experience across several federal agencies including Patent and Trademark Office, Department of State, Department of Justice, Department of Veteran’s Affairs, General Services Administration, Department of Agriculture, US Agency for International Development, Administrative Office of the Courts, Treasury. As business leader, Avanti has experience leading large scale operations, she excels at building strong teams that deliver results. Previously a Senior Vice President for CGI’s Federal and Public Sector, Avanti was responsible for operational performance and business growth, account strategy development, and IP implementation. Passionate about leadership and culture, Avanti is a speaker for industry organizations such as Women in Technology. She holds an MBA with a concentration in sales and marketing from the G.H. Patel Institute of Management, a B.S. in Business Accounting from University of Baroda, India, and PMP® certification.
