Melanie Condron
Compliance & Ethics Attorney, Government Contracts at Accenture Federal Services

Melanie Condron is Senior Counsel responsible for the legal team that manages the ethics and compliance program at Accenture Federal Services. They ensure best-in-class corporate governance and day-to-day enterprise support. Frequently addressed topics include Ethical AI, data privacy, conflicts, anticorruption, competition law, combatting human trafficking, and whistleblower rights. Before joining Accenture’s federal practice, Melanie specialized in government contracts work at IBM, where she focused on transactional-related issues including FAR, DFAR, special agency clause consulting, and contract structuring.

Melanie is a member of the state bar of Ohio and registered as Corporate Counsel in Virginia. She has served in multiple leadership roles for the Association of Corporate Counsel. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati and her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton Law School. Outside of the profession, Melanie is a wife and mother, an avid runner, and a volunteer for Lucky Dog Animal Rescue.

Antonia Dumas is an attorney at InfoLawGroup LLP, a national boutique law firm focused on privacy, advertising and technology law.  Her diverse experience gives her insight into daily operations and data processing activities across industries.  She has a keen eye for identifying potential cybersecurity and data privacy vulnerabilities and once identified, applies practical solutions to mitigate risk.  Antonia has a passion for understanding data and navigating the intersection between privacy, security and technology. She guides her clients in their compliance efforts to protect both business interests and consumers.

Stephanie Scruggs and Jessica Zurlo are attorneys in the Washington DC office of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP.  In addition to their law degrees, their technical degrees provide them with the opportunity to advise clients with procuring, maintaining, and enforcing intellectual property portfolios.  Both are registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and enjoy obtaining patents in a wide range of technologies for clients ranging from startups to large public companies.  In addition, they appear on behalf of their clients asserting IP rights and defending against allegations of infringement in federal district court and before the International Trade Commission.

Jessica received her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  Stephanie has a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mississippi, and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.  Prior to practicing law, Stephanie consulted with Fortune 500 companies in project system capital effectiveness and project feasibility evaluations in the pharmaceuticals, chemicals, consumer products, petroleum and heavy industrial arenas.  She also conducted biological warfare agent and biosensor research with the Naval Research Laboratories in Washington, D.C.

Outside of the profession, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring hiking trails in the DC area, and supporting the Washington Nationals.  Stephanie is a mom of four and fitness enthusiast who enjoys spending any down time at the river.
