Our Moderator

Toni Johnson is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion for General Dynamics Mission Systems. She is responsible for all aspects of recruiting and diversity & inclusion programs and outreach for the US and brings over 20 years’ experience in the HR field. Previously, Toni was responsible for Global Talent Acquisition Programs and the Americas Recruiting team at DXC Technology. She also served as the Director of Federal Sector Recruiting for Computer Sciences Corporation. Toni holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and spent the first part of her career as a systems engineer at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, Earth Sciences Directorate, working for AlliedSignal (Honeywell International). She later earned an MBA from George Washington University. 

Our Panelists

Lisa Finneran is Vice President of Engineering for General Dynamics Mission Systems.  She is responsible for engineering execution across 60 major General Dynamics Mission Systems sites and 7,000 employees.  Previously, she was Product & Line vice president for General Dynamics Mission Systems’ Strategic Systems division, providing strategic warfare system solutions to the U.S. Navy, U.K. Navy, and the U.S. Air Force.  She managed the execution of multi-discipline design and production teams for the system that controls the launch of Submarine Launched Nuclear Ballistic Missiles and modernized it for the past 50+ years. Ms. Finneran holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She is a member of the Association of Computing Machinery, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Society of Women Engineers, the National Defense Industrial Association, and is on the leadership council for Virginia Tech Research Center. She also serves as a reviewer for IEEE Software, IEEE Computer, and The Journal for Systems and Software.

 

Christopher J. Hiltbrand is the Vice President of People for General Dynamics Mission Systems. Mr. Hiltbrand oversees all aspects of human resources for more than 13,000 employees across 100 world-wide facilities, to include diversity and inclusion initiatives, strategic workforce planning, and talent and leadership development. Prior to his current role, Mr. Hiltbrand served as the Human Resources Division Leader for General Dynamics Information Technology’s Federal Civilian Division. Mr. Hiltbrand received a bachelor’s degree in business and management at University of Maryland University College. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business. His professional certifications include: Senior and Global Professional in Human Resources Certifications from Human Resources Certification Institute, SHRM Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management; Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute; Certified Scrum Master  from the Scrum Alliance, and Foundations of Employee Relations from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

 

Felicity Coe is currently the Manager of Workforce Development for Information Technology (IT) at General Dynamics Mission Systems and is responsible for IT’s leadership development, people strategy and fostering an environment of learning and growth within the IT organization and the broader business. She is a champion for ForWARD, the Employee Resource Group focused on the advancement, recognition and development of women throughout the company. During her 19-year tenure with the company Felicity has held positions within IT, Finance, Quality, Operations and Human Resources.
