Lisa is a career coach who helps women who feel stuck in their jobs and instead want to figure out what they want to do and how to transition into careers they love. Throughout her own career, Lisa swore by the mantra “You have to work hard to get anything worth having in your life,” and at first, finding a job out of college was difficult. Through her experience, Lisa developed easy-to-follow systems that has supported her to transition seamlessly from working in the Senate Banking Committee during the U.S. financial crisis to graduate school to multiple career transitions in the Federal Reserve.
