WIT’s year-round programming is driven by the work of our Committees and SIGs. Our monthly WIT.Connects are an opportunity for the entire membership to get together for networking and insight on timely topics. The Annual Leadership Awards are a highlight for WIT members and the larger DC technology community. Drawing 300+ attendees, the awards program honors women succeeding in their careers while also mentoring the next generation of leaders.
