Negotiate a Promotion, Raise or Time Off Webinar: 7 Easy Steps to Ask for What You Deserve without Feeling Awkward or Unworthy
Thursday, February 15, 2018, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EDT
Category: Accelerate(her)

Join WIT YP & career coach, Lisa Frumin for part 2 of our Professional Coaching Webinar Series to discuss negotiating raises, promotions and other benefits!

Are you afraid of feeling pushy or demanding if you ask for a raise, more work responsibilities or time-off at work? Do you wish that instead your manager will just offer it to you on a silver platter so you can avoid asking for anything?

It can feel SO icky and uncomfortable to ask for what you want, even if you think you deserve to have it. Before being coached by me, many of my clients feared that their managers would see them as “too big for their britches” or “holier than thou” if they made requests for what they wanted and needed.

I used to be tongue-tied when it comes to asking for what I want in my career, but now I have a system that gets me the raises I deserve, promotions when I want one, and time off even when my boss thought she could NOT spare me.

Becoming powerful in your negotiations is about feeling confident and having an approach that WORKS no matter who your boss is or what the policies or size of your office are!

In this webinar, I'll dive deep with you so that you'll:

  • Identify what is mentally holding you back in negotiations so that you can upgrade your job offers and current compensation by as much as 30%
  • Discover how to organize your thoughts BEFORE making a request so that you can feel 1000% prepared to negotiate for EVERYTHING you want
  • Learn my step-by-step formula for walking into your manager’s office and making requests so that you get raises of up to $20,000, promotions and time off WITHOUT your heart racing in the process.

This webinar is FREE and is available to both WIT members and Non-WIT members.
