Susan Kearney is an accomplished general manager, board member, advisor, and consultant with a record of dramatically growing businesses across the technology, services, education, B2B, and B2C sectors in organizations ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar entities. She is expert in growth strategy and operations, innovation, organization and talent development, and change management.  Susan has also been involved with WIT and STEM for Her including serving on both boards.  In addition, she  is certified by Gallup as a Strengths Coach for leaders and teams.  At the September Ready to Work she will be focusing on Gallup Strengths and how knowing your talents can help you land a job.  

The September Ready to Work will also have visitors related to the upcoming job fair, providing tips on what to expect and how to prepare.  This advice will be coming from WIT members and recruiters.  A great chance to learn how to make the most of an awesome job fair opportunities.
