is the Corporate Controller for Jensen Hughes, Inc., a global engineering consulting firm, where she is responsible for providing leadership to a team of accounting professionals, ensuring global corporate compliance as well as implementing strategies to optimize working capital while partnering with the business to provide business advisory support.

Kim is passionate about the advancement of women in corporate America, specifically in STEM industries where she has worked for most of her career.  She credits the relationships that she has had with mentors throughout her career, both men and women, with her success and is always seeking opportunities to mentor and promote other women in their professional pursuits.
