If you are in transition or looking for ideas as you consider changing your career path please join us for the Ready to Work at TeqCorner in McLean, VA.

Our speaker is Susan Kearney, a partner with Newport Board Group who helps emerging and mid-market companies grow and achieve their goals and aspirations.  She is an expert at engaging stakeholders and building creative and accountable cultures and teams.  Susan is a STEM advocate in the education arena and has served on several education related boards.  She is currently a member of the Northern Virginia Community College board as well as being an author of children’s books designing to inspire passion for the protection of our environment.

The second hour of the Ready to Work session is led by Ardell Fleeson and includes an opportunity for folks to answer the question “What can we do for you?”.  In a circle of strong and determined women this is a great opportunity to hear different ideas, get feedback, look for connections and leads, and learn about other resources.
