The WIT Leadership Awards theme, No One Path, honors leading female professionals working in the Greater Washington D.C. Metropolitan area who have exemplified superior work in the technology industry over the previous year. This year individuals will be awarded in the following 11 award categories:

Women in Technology offers members a special opportunity to voice their opinions. In March, all WIT members will receive an email providing a link to participate in this year's member survey. This is your chance to provide valuable input and feedback to the organization, while making an impact on the future of WIT.

This event will focus on what to do - and what NOT to do - after the job interview. Ready to Work consists of an encouragement network hour, led by Ardell Fleeson, followed by a job search skills practicum, facilitated by Workforce Development Committee member and Certified Career Coach, Judy Brannock.
