Special Feature Article: Recap of No One Path Book Launch at October WIT.Connect
WIT No One Path Launch Attracts Nearly 200 Attendees
The launch of WIT’s new book, No One Path: Perspectives on Leadership from a Decade of Women in Technology Award Winners, was a night to remember for attendees of the October 15 WIT.Connect. WIT sold out of books quickly and took orders for more, bringing the total number of books sold to over 400. Maureen Bunyan (shown in photo at left with WIT member Lisa Throckmorton) patiently signed hundreds of books before moderating a panel discussion, “Making Business Better in the New Economy—Hot Topics for Leaders”. A standing room only crowd of more than 150 attendees listened to the panel of top DC-area women tech leaders featured in the book and heard some great advice. The book is now available on Amazon.
