Tina Grande, Senior Vice President for Policy for the Healthcare Leadership Council
Tina Grande is Senior Vice President for Policy for the Healthcare Leadership Council (HLC), a coalition of chief executives of the nation’s leading health care companies and institutions. Ms. Grande is well known in Washington health policy circles for her expertise on issues such as health information technology, patient safety and health care quality.
Before coming to HLC, Ms. Grande was Health Policy Director for the Washington, D.C.–based Arnold & Porter law firm. Prior to joining the law firm, she was co-founder and executive vice president of the Medicare Advisory Group, Inc. a San Francisco based health care policy and technology company providing hospitals and long-term care facilities with a software solution to ease the complexity of managing Medicare regulations.
Ms. Grande has also been on the health policy staff of U.S. Senator David Durenberger (R-MN), a health policy analyst for the Patton Boggs law firm, and a researcher for the Health Care Advisory Board.
Cheryl Gnehm, VP, Professional Services, GetWellNetwork, Inc.
Cheryl Gnehm is Vice President of Professional Services for GetWellNetwork, the leading provider of Interactive Patient Care (IPC) solutions serving hospitals and healthcare organizations throughout the United States. In her role, Gnehm works closely with clients to integrate the GetWellNetwork into their core patient care processes, leveraging people, technology and workflow to achieve desired outcomes. Prior to joining GetWellNetwork, Gnehm served as Director of Engineering at software consulting firm iXL, Inc./Scient where she provided services to Fortune 500 companies including DuPont, GE, and AOL. Prior to iXL, Gnehm worked for The Institute for Genomic Research where she was instrumental in developing DNA analysis applications and administering very large databases of genomic data. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology (Molecular/Genetics) and lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband, Will.
